You can send a transaction as low as 5 sat per Byte, and it should be included in the next block. I just sent a 1kb transaction for $0.50 fees! Btw, I prefer Coinbin[1] to estimate fees. While the link you posted above is recommending a fee of 120 sat/byte for next block confirmation, Coinbin recommends only 2 sat/byte. Who do you think is showing a more accurate fee?
