WhoSpunit is the betsoft slot and I played that slot a lot before and couple nights ago again. Who knows that slot knows that you need to solve 3 levels and you open bonus round, solve the murder and get some higher prize. What happened next is that after I solved murder I didn't get any prize, my amount stayed the same!
I contacted support, very unpleasant support! I don't know what was more annoying, problem with slot or problem with support! First they told me is to wait from 12 hours up to couple days! What the hell! After pushing they solved situation and they said its some problem they will refund me after some checking that can last couple days! So its the problem with slot! My gambling night was ruined! That is all that is matter! Is it my fault because slot have some bug there? I didn't get even sorry from them? Is that how casino should treat their players!? I still wait their department to finish with ticket, I can't wait to see what will they do next. Will they even say sorry for my ruined night? |
