Who know Bitcoin Unlimited ?

I don't found any [ANN] about this coin.
I found the official website, here : https://www.bitcoinunlimited.info/ (https://www.bitcoinunlimited.info/)

Informations about this coin are very confusing me :
- Is it a Bitcoin fork (I found a date : november 13 2017) ?
- Is it a Bitcoin cash fork (the wallet is the Bitcoin cash based wallet) ?
- Is it a fork of something or not ?

The Wikipedia article is more clearer than the Bitcoin unlimited website :-).
Initialy that was a signature ad if the proposal reached the majority, it could be a fork.
After, it is a alternative of Bitcoin cach, knows ad BU-Cash.
