Title: REWARD - for help with passphrase recovery of LUXcore wallet Post by: IndieMiner on February 20, 2018, 04:41:19 PM So I recently tried to move some mined LUX from my encrypted qt wallet only to discover that my trusted passphrase is not working!
This is the same passphrase that I use for every wallet and have had it memorized by heart so am shocked that it's not working for me. It's an 8-word phrase with no special characters or numbers, etc. and so it's most likely just a small typo or a missing word. (However, I'm not sure how it passed entry when setting it up with the double-match process so am wondering if it's even an error on my part??) If anyone is interested in giving it a shot then I'm willing to share a portion of the bounty with you. It's about 5.20 LUX (~$73USD) and I'm open to offers re: share percentage so let me know if you think it's worth it to you and we'll work something out. FYI, I've already tried using btcrecovery but apparently it's a little over my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I know it's not much loot but will split 50/50 with anyone who wants to take a stab at it. It's driving me nuts being locked out and I really want to mine more LUX so just want it fixed asap. Anyone up for it?? |
