Is anyone currently providing a standardized oracle service for the Bitcoin Blockchain?  Who?  Link?

Not sure what specifically you're looking for, but Oraclize has been doing this for a while (it does both Bitcoin and Ethereum - some of the DApp examples you find on their website are Ethereum based but they do both). Here's a link: http://www.oraclize.it/. Here are their docs: http://docs.oraclize.it/#home

What kind of an Oracle are you looking for? Price oracle or something else?

Chainlink is doing exactly that. Itīs an ERC 20 Token.
https://www.smartcontract.com/

ChainLink is a fully decentralised oracle network that allows smart contracts to connect to pull off-blockchain data (such as APIs and bank account payments), push data to external off-blockchain services (e.g. payments to existing bank accounts, and connect with other blockchains (e.g. between public and private chains). Chainlink had work in the past with SWIFT, but no partnership announced.
Chainlink launched the testnet last week.

Chainlink is under development since 2014 (https://www.smartcontract.com)
