Sounds like if anyone wants to sabotage cryptography, this is the way to go. Choose your next CPU carefully!

In the article it says that some tests fail to detect it.

Some? Maybe. But common sense says that a RNG with low entropy, that can't be detected, does not exist.

I've been happily using one for months in my miner...
