Basically they offer 0.11BNB for you to vote for WePower. You juste need to vote and post a proof of your vote, and you get credited the BNB. If WePower wins, you also get 200 WPR. Binance should just go straight for a bid from each of the respective companies and see who's willing to pay the most.
