First of all, Keccak is a hash function.

Second, there are Keccak-256 and Keccak-512. Which one?

Third, what mix function?

Fourth, is it scrypt based?

By the way, block target of 5 minutes with 1 week retargetting & averaging (~2016 blocks) is insane. Coin hoppers will rip you apart.

sha3. it uses keccak as one of its hashing functions. hell no it isn't scrypt based. yuck!

mix function? same as copperlark.

i've changed my mind(again) on the retarget. i'm thinking 600 blocks will be good probably. i read up about the yacoin retarget and wanted to try and use it but i think a standard retarget is the way to go.. for now. nothing is set in stone at this point. i'm veryflexible.

Keccak is referenced as SHA-3 after winning the last NIST hash function competition.

So, you have forked CopperLark and now you're tweaking it, correct?
