Title: Update: Flatbitcoin NOT a scam Post by: eafdeafd on September 22, 2013, 06:44:01 PM I have an announcement to make. Flatbitcoin.com/invest is a scam run by a Coinchat member named 'yoda'. I invested .10 BTC in this supposedly risk-free investment and expected a return in 7 days, as the site's terms stated. It has now been 14 days and I have not been repaid. Yoda has not responded to my PMs on Coinchat even though he HAS been online recently, as a Coinchat mod pointed out from the logs. Stay away from Flatbitcoin at all costs.
EDIT!: Turns out yoda had surgery recently and as such he wasn't able to get to his laptop. This was the reason for the delay. Yoda has returned my .10 BTC plus a .10 BTC bonus for the delay. As such, I can no longer consider him a scammer and his website is legitimate. Hope you have a speedy recovery, yoda! http://grab.by/qzuc Screenshot proof. So they offer a 5% weekly interest while claiming no risk, without any further information on what is done with the coins. That sounds incredibly legit ^^ Title: Re: Flatbitcoin scam Post by: eafdeafd on September 22, 2013, 06:57:24 PM I have an announcement to make. That sounds incredibly legit ^^ I know it sounds really suspicious. But yoda was considered a very reputable user at Coinchat. That's the only reason I even bothered investing. 1. naive target 2. greedy target Title: Re: Flatbitcoin scam Post by: Bitcoin Scammer on September 22, 2013, 08:06:22 PM Bummer :( keep us updated sometimes it's over sight but if it's not we want to know.

Title: Re: Flatbitcoin scam Post by: redtwitz on September 24, 2013, 11:52:21 PM 1. Please don't omit leading zeroes. It wasn't until I looked at the screenshot that I realized you invested BTC 0.10, not BTC 10.
2. Regardless of whether you got your promised BTC, FlatBitcoin is definitely a scam. 5 % interest for 7 days translates to 1164 % p.a. Just count your blessings that you were one of the early "investors" in this ponzi. Title: Re: Flatbitcoin scam Post by: Bitcoin Scammer on September 24, 2013, 11:53:02 PM Awesome
