It sounds like much more than the buyer would ever dream of recovering by using them to mine.

Can't fault you for wanting to recover your purchase price on these units, but just pointing out that the day will be here very soon (or right now I suppose) that it does not make sense to buy one of these for more than a few hundred bucks.

A few hundred, !!!!   Blud! Its less than  0.3btc per ghs that makes anything good now. You cd get hosting for 0.65btc for 10ghs.

After the difficulty increase in two days, the max a miner can recover is 0.18 btc per GHs. So 5 BTC is the right price for a little single and 10 btc for single.

Don't hate the player.  Hate the game.

And.... enjoy your BFL paperweights.

Epic comment, i love it BFL played theyr customers like a violin and are now shipping their power hungry product to a very high diff btc market.  Oh will the bfl joke ever end?!?!

It wasn't BFL's fault, if they had shipped earlier then the difficulty would have gone up earlier.

This is simply a perfect example of a perfect queen's race. There is no advantage you can buy in mining that won't go away in a few months. It's simple math.

I bought a jally for $170 back in Jan because I thought it would be fun. Chipping it up to 8gh/s for essentially nothing is the only thing that is going to make it pay back it's cost.

That's the numbers. Want an erupter? They went for $100 or $200 list price, they're barely going to break even at $10 each. Today....

Or you could troll some other thread being a douchebag and criticizing sellers of products you have no interest in buying.

Is it name-calling time?  Where are you hiding behind a keyboard at, the 5th grade?

Where is YOUR bid at, oh great name-calling troll with uninteresting hit-and-run comments?

Ya, that's what I thought.  You better keep eating your Wheaties, chump.

He really isn't interested in selling under 10BTC each.

I offered 6BTC per, and was essentially laughed at (go buy a single for 12 then was the response).

Meanwhile I paid under 10BTC for a little single two difficulty changes ago. (still overpaid)

Current/Recent forum sale prices:
ASICMiner Blades <2BTC
Singles 12BTC
Avalons 16BTC

Those wanting more than that in USD should just sell on eBay, and take that risk!

I think the offers I see you declining on eBay are indicative of what you will be able to get for these on any site. good luck

Just a bunch of declined offers on his listing. If I were him I'd accept one...ebay has been known to terminate bitcoin hardware as it is a violation of both ebay and paypal's terms of service. This is well known simply by googling "ebay bitcoin" lol
