What are all basic requirements for an airdrop account...Do we need some money or Ethereum in wallet in advance to participate in airdrop campaigns?

There are different rules for different airdrops. You need to read the rules on the topic of the airdrop you are interrested in.

it's different for each airdrop, some of them require to follow twitter, join telegram.
sometimes you need to invest a few eth to be able receive the airdrop

most airdrop requires you to follow them in social media and give them your ETH address. Some ICOs ICON and zebi do lottery airdrop to only a few lucky people selected instead of everyone so the amt worth can be thousands.

different airdrops have different requirements. Many of airdrops now require completing Know-Your-Client procedure even on airdrops.

95% airdrop projects do not have the requirement for wallet balance. However, in order to sell your bounty tokens, you need to have a small amount of ETH to pay the transaction fees.

there many airdrop out there with different rule, mostly you only need to provide your ETH address and follow their twitter, liked their FB page and join their telegram channel.
but there also some who required you to have a minimun amount ETH balance in your wallet to prevent people using multiple registration by using new ETH address.
