I would be a bit sceptical if businesses that are already in operation all of a sudden plan an ICO. Look at the ICO of Etherdelta that failed completely. If they have a really good reason to tokenise their business, otherwise I would skip it, despite the big name. First, secrecy. I want transparent deals. Second, no room for growth, Telegram is already big, so it won´t go x100. Thrid, there are projects that have more potential on the same space.
