#1) No one who actually would need to read it (newbies) have a clue as to where it is or that it even exists. #2) FORUM policy seems to be that they do not delete any scam threads. Note the 1+ year old continuing threads of JAAC. SKELDER and his many ALTS, and KIMB0JAMZ and his 20 confirmed alts. That's why scammers like them thrive here. |
