I deposit 3 ETC to the poloniex address but more than 1 day, i do not have balance althought the transaction have been complete
Request for ticket and no answer

Lol 24 hours. Confirmed scam. Find their headquarters and burn the mother down!

What did they say in the support ticket? Lol. Did you even open one or did you come right to bitcointalk to open a throw away account without even trying to solve this?

I usually trading in binance and remi, because i never meet this problem before, so i think so. Ticket create with no answer
My ticket have  account info , trans ID, wallet address, history ...

My gas also disaper ,stay away from polo.

Many exchanges have their own problems, there is not a perfect one. Although polo is a trustworthy exchange. Please let us know what reply you get from their staff members as I don't think they started doing something like stealing funds as it can lead to less people using their exchange when word gets out. Although I don't use polo anymore I am still interested to see what will happen. Please keep us updated.

I wouldn't be surprised if you end up waiting long time to get reply, some exchnages are simply having many requests they can handle which ain't good as this causes frustration among many users.

Yes, I don't know why people are confused and why don't you send the support ticket to the poloniex. Now they are taking lot of time to respond the support tickets, there is no choice for us we have to wait until we get reply from them.

It could be that there are many also who are submitting tickets so Polo can not accommodate your concerns. But I do not know really coz I haven't really tried that exchange so thank you for this post that I now know what exchanges platform should I go and trade my coins with. By the way, from submission of ticket how many days already did you not receive any reply from polo?

Hi , up to now, there are no reponse from poloniex staff member for my ticket, and the balance still empty
I check there owned twitter, there are so many people have issue with deposit l. And their ticket also no reponse too. So people please make consider when trading in poloniex.

First and foremost, don't accuse anyone a scam right off the bat just because you experienced problems with them. Go with the correct process of opening tickets and ask around if someone like you encountered that same problem at the same timeline. I'm using this exchange for almost 2 years now and not even once I encounter any problem with them. Yes, you can say that your situation is different from mine but that is not a sole reason to accuse them a scam exchange.

Just to be clear, I'm not related to Poloniex nor with any of their staff. Also, their support team kinda sucks (this is well-known in cryptocommunity) and you'll need to wait a little bit more for them to answer your ticket. Hopefully, they'll resolve it ASAP so that you can do whatever you wanna do with your coins. Best of luck mate.  ;D

i dont believe if the poloniex scamed people with ETC deposit.
as we know,and everyone maybe know the poloniex is a huge exchange.
but ,
sometimes we need more to patience about their system.

Still no balance, no reply to the ticket  ::) ::). very lucky, because i just deposit only 3 ETC.

I made a transfer on 07/20/2017 of ETC to poloniex and until today it has not fallen. I opened a support ticket and until today not responding

It's not the right way for a scam to take just 3 ETC from you and few more from others. That is a big money for you but not for them. It's not worth it, because of negative campaign afterwards.
If they wanted to scam they would stole millions and claiim that they were hacked or something. Just saying.

Did you send your coins via qr code??im poloniex trader since 2017 I never haven't problem

I can't understand the word which is highlighted orange. So this is for poloniex users, maybe the news has something to do with your queries. Have you ever heard this news?

Circle bought Polo on 27th. Lets see how the things will change.. hope in better way
