Title: Blockchain ticket help is sooooooo slow. Post by: raisinbrannan on September 24, 2013, 10:57:28 PM I've had an open ticket for weeks now and I just need my identifier from the secret phrase I was given. I was dumb and wrote down the receive money address instead of the log-in address. I've read of some people waiting for months, sure hope it won't take that long.

I have NEVER had someone take over a month to reply to a problem I had with their service though, seems pretty weak to me, it'd take 2 minutes to solve.
