What exchange after ico end?

I am really impressed with what they are about to roll out. I wanted to pre-order the phone as well but the button ain't working yet, but I can wait for it no problem. I would love to get the mobile phone for its high security and decentralized features. I see the hard cap is 100 million tokens at this phase 1 ICO. If they don't raise that much they will still go ahead with the initial rollout of products/services correct/ I do hope they do reach their hard cap though because this is ruddy impressive. I made a little intro video as well.  :). Nice to see the tokens @ 55 cents sold out. That was a good bargain for those who lapped them up at that price.  :)
