You need to understand that this is not the admin of the site that you are having the issues with and based on the tone, I have a feeling you are just getting to understand what the crypto world have to offer as not everything seems the way it shows. You need to give more information about the site you are having the challenge with as what you posted is not much to go by. Two things are certain here

1. Which is more certain and that is you either have been scammed by all these sites where you are promised unreasonable returns and when its time to make withdrawals that's when stories start happening like the one you are facing now and no matter how, your fund is gone.

2. You are not doing something right which the right way to go about it is to contact their support and seek clarification or google the site to know more. If that didn't work, then you fall back to one above.

Is this the site? (https://bitcomine.net/).

If this is, then a simple Google Search will yield you hundred of result saying that its not paying and its a scam. If not, then can you pleas post what site you are referring to? Did you contact the admin and inform the said issue or you just go online and bitch around? You should at least do your homework and research before you invest into something.

Most likely the OP fall on this category. Another very hard and expensive lessons to learn.

Assuming that it's bitcomine[dot]net (which most likely is), there's a thread here made last January, Bitcomine.net - Real Genuine and Most Trusted Site (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2697989.0). I don't know if the thread starter is affiliated with the site, you could ask him.

As I have checked Bitcomine forum, it was full of threads and posts about withdrawal problem. Some user experienced balance deductions as well even the withdrawal did not go through, so it's really a problem in the site. I doubt that they are replying to their users.

I had never heard of it but after looking up I really don't understand how you found it and thought this was going to go well. It seems they'd either just struggling really hard to keep up or they'd going to go out of business any time soon. Good luck. Make sure to do your due diligence on the exchange you use just like you would with the coins you're buying.

That site is not familiar so perhaps it's a ponzi , try to contact the support team or the admin then you know what it mean if there's no reply from them.  Or paste here the link with the full name of that site so that we can help you out on your problems. Or try to google it and read some feedback from that site..  Maybe it can help

It's an obvious scam, a website that has name "mine" on it can be categorized already as a cloud mining.

Don't expect that you can withdraw on such cloud mining without depositing but don't deposit either, its only their gimmick so that investors will be attracted to claim their withdrawals.

But you should give other information as well so that we are not only assuming and guessing if its a verified cloud mining.

Bitcomine or Bitminer.io are pure examples of ponzi schemes. The first one is a cloud mining platform in which you will end up losing money as you will never make ROI, since you arrived here only when problems aroused let me tell you that these kind of websites are created every day with the sole intention to scam people. Do not send any money to them, you have lost time and not money but have learned a hard lesson from the crypto ecosystem. The second one is even worse as Bitminer is a so called bitcoin generator which attract you to deposit and level up your account and rob you of your coins.

Even top cloud mining sites like Hashnest, Hashflare, Genesis Mining cannot make you any ROI on current difficulty conditions so stop trying as you won't succeed.

Bitminer what the fuck. They are cheap site who promoting their ponzi scheme via Youtube and Facebook still. Many of the newbies and including me once signed up there to tried to mine the coins. You cannot take fund from that mining site because it is not real amount you have mined on this browser mining.
Finally they ask you share some bitcoin to that wallet to withdraw the payment but won't work after you made the payment as well.

They do have the similarities between the site being mentioned on OP and Bitminer which this is actually an old school Ponzi scheme site which is obviously a scam.Theres no such browser or online mining exist when it comes to bitcoin yet we do all know that having only an Asic miner is the way on acquiring or able to mine bitcoin which browser mining only just possible in our dreams. They will definitely ask you out to put up money either on withdrawal or any upgrades on the package you do choose.

Bitcomine or Bitminer.io are pure examples of ponzi schemes.

Indeed, it's not cashed out problem, but scam problem due to lack of information in the first place. Many newbies fall to this trap and come here to ask after it's too late. for Op case, do not pay anything to admin if they ask for it.

Even top cloud mining sites like Hashnest, Hashflare, Genesis Mining cannot make you any ROI on current difficulty conditions so stop trying as you won't succeed.

Since the difficulty increases significantly in the last few months, it may be right. It seems like a double edge sword, you can't achieve ROI with small hashrate in cloud mining, but the risk to buy a big hashrate has the same problem. In this case, better to invest a big amount or not at all.
But then you think: 'ahh, it's better to buy my own ASICs'
Hold on, check the difficulty. You can't make enough money to pay electricity cost with just 1-2 S9 in a few months later due to many companies/group will get into this business and starts their mining farms such as terraminer, icerock mining, hydro miner, but GMO cloud mining may be the biggest fish in the pool if their ICO success as they have developed 7nm ASICs chips.

We will see the difficulty spike in this year for sure.
