That way people don't keep asking the same questions over and over within said threads. Weren't they supposed to upgrade the forum years ago? Xenforo would be wonderful. A top notch board and community deserves top notch software.

It's just that the problem isn't the search feature of bitcointalk, it's just that people are too lazy to use search or to atleast read other threads before asking; hence we get redundant questions. You just have to use search field when in the specific thread it - it will show results only from this thread. But it isn't working well, at least for me, cause it won't show all the searching words. |
