Wallet no worky here either even after deleting appdata stuff. I really wonder if ANY of these devs actually test anything before they release it. Every single new coin I've mined from this site has issues.

I got mad and walked away. Came back 20 min later and the wallet was synced. Try opening it and walking away.

Dev, the day passed, and the POS never activated. Wallet says no Mature coins. How long does a coin ripen?

For me this project is not understandable. It seems that an absolutely ordinary coin does not stand out. There are no technical details and comparisons with other coins. In white paper, there are team listings, but there is no photo or other more detailed information. And I would like to tap on social networks.

POS is working fine. As a test we hit 5 POS blocks yesterday. Be patient, your input probably didn´t reach necessary 24 hours min stake age yet.

go to:
C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace    (erase all in folder, except wallet.dat)

and run wallet again

Let your wallet running for at least 20-30 minutes. Wallet will automatically seek for nodes and sync.

I was searching some time for a good staking coin and finally found BSX.
The wallet works fine and after mining some BSX, POS really is really starting to work. I got two times the POS reward, yesterday and today.

Unlike Bitspace, BSX Minor Program, BSX Exchange, BSX Bank, BSX Platform Rental and Lease Rig + Algorythm Converter incorporates various uses, and its demand will increase.
I think that BitSpace will always be a surviving coin in the beginning of coin selection
It is also possible to evaluate that NIST 5 with good electrical efficiency is adopted

From start it looks like there is 0-1 connection. Let it run few minutes. It will resynch and your connections will start to appear.

Step three (for those who have wallet already installed and cannot sync)
(If you run wallet with bitspace.conf in the past...you have to (!!!! NOT WALLET.DAT !!!!) erase all files in folder bitspace   (appdata/roaming/bitspace)

I had a lot of connection issues with protopool. I have tried to mine there to no avail... I couldn't get a single share, even though I saw my ccminer mining (I had 100% GPU load). Didn't hear about it having problem with payouts.


I didn't have any problems. I just left it open for some time. Dev has stated that Windows wallet usually takes less time to synchronize if you don't use .conf file. If you have one - try to start your wallet without it (remember about wallet backup!).

Borrow option will not be supported. Maybe in the future.

I just installed fresh new Win wallet on new machine and it synced in like 20 minutes (normally, without bitspace.conf)

I always have only 1 or 2 connection to the network. Also can't make a symlink, I get runtime error if I try.

It depends on your version.
It is much easier to compile your own BSX coin deamon.
Here is guide how to easily compile BSX deamon (few easy steps, few minutes) (http://bit-space.io/bsx-coin-deamon/)   (Op updated for link to quick guide)

First step back up your !!!wallet.dat!!!  (C:/Users/youruser/AppData/Roaming/bitspace)
Second step erase all your  (!except wallet.dat!) files in folder /Appdata/Roaming/bitspace

run wallet again and let it sync

This is such a good and easy coin to mine. I have been mining this on and off for like a week now and have mined around 6,000 BSX.

The only problem is that the trading volume on Graviex is not that high and trades do not happen very often. If this coin becomes listed on bigger exchanges, I think its price will go even higher and it will have a more guaranteed future.

Oh, and I hope the wallet issues will be resolved with the promised update.

In the meantime, what I did to have the wallet sync was copy the list of nodes available on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/#!network (https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/#!network) in the bitspace.conf file, restarted the wallet, and let it sit for around 20 minutes and it synced.

This is a real Bitspace's ANN thread, don't mistake any fake thread.

I`m mining a lot of Bitspace.
After delete all itens of the bit space appdata (wallet.dat DONT) the wallet started to syncing.
That's all good now. 8)

The wallet works perfectly for me since the last update.
And mining is super easy atm as the diff is super low , lets go boys  ;)

Bitspace's POW is not unlimited, POW mining phase will end at block 450 010  (10 months), after POW ends,  Bitspace will be automatically switched to pure POS, 10% per year stay still.
After POW there will be around 30 000 000 BSX coins.
After one year POS there will be around 32 000 0000. (not all coins will be staked during the year)
After two year POS there will be around 34 000 000 BSX in existence. And go on. In 5 years there will be around 40 000 000 BSX.

I don't understand. Why devs can't list on bigger exchange? I know it's more expensive, but it will increase price for sure.

On larger exchanges, it is not always certain that prices will increase, but only that transactions can be made more convenient.
