This new faucet is broken, I've claimed 5 times, got 0 credits and every time I get the "Oops, an error occurred, please try again."

Also its every 10 mins not 5 and even it it was working at 75 credits and a minimum withdrawal of 10k that means i have to claims 134 times before i can cashout. Finally I cant find anywhere the conversion rate for the credits. Your old faucets are WAY better than this. Needs a lot of work.

So whats the conversion rate of credits? At top of the page its BTC to alts conversion nothing is said about credits. I dont wanna claim for 3 days to find out the rate is shit.

I have a problem with withdrawing . When I want to withdraw any other coin except BTC then the recaptcha dissapear and I can´t withdraw :-( . I have no problems with claiming , recaptcha is there and working nicely . But now I have over 25000 credits and it will be nice to get paid for beeing online every day 10 hours

I already checked my browser it already on but cannot withdraw. Then I change browser from firefox to chrome it still also show that message and again I checked that javascript turn on on chrome. Thus I think it is not error from my browser. Please suggest me how to do next?

Hi, the solution is there.
When you try to withdraw a currency other than Bitcoin you must do so: select the desired currency, wait for the page to load completely, refresh and complete the withdrawal.
I do so all the time and I have no problems.

I think this site has been abandoned. Can't withdraw. Choose BTC get "you have not reached the limit" although most of us have many times more the stated 10000 limit. Choose any other coin and you get a javascript error.
This is disappointing as we all gave a lot of support to the old WOW site and were very patient with almost identical issues there. At least back then the owner used to answer us. I hope he is OK but would suggest everyone stop claiming from here until we have some answers.  :(
