And you won't be able to charge back. And it will be cheaper (less fees). But if you want to buy if with paypal at any cost, I can sell the 3 btc for the 375 usd. No, escrow does not prevent charge back, but they prevent people from not sending. So, you will always have the risk of charge back ...
