When I try and use it I get this when starting. Then when devfee starts it crashes the miner this is on version 11. If used on version 10.1 it does work, but I thought you had a version for 11? Yours is most likely outdated since I was also not able to unpack it with an older WinRar version (4.2) but succeeded with v5.21(64-bit). 7-zip works too.
