What do you think about the victory of russian hockey team in Olympic games? And what about german team?  I think that they were really good enough but Russia is invincible. What's your opinion?

That was overall a good news for Russian sports.
I hope no one in the team would be found positive for doping.  :(

Officially, Russia is banned from the 2018 Olympics. So it is the OAR (Olympic Athletes from Russia) who won the gold and not the Russian national hockey team. But this victory is a slap in the face for everyone who wanted to isolate Russia from the major sports events.

Watched the match live on internet. It was a very close match and Nikita Gusev had scored just a few seconds before the end of the regulation to force overtime. But still, OAR will be disappointed with the total of just two gold medals.

Russia obviously has a real problem with doping but its a shame that all athletes are 'tarred with the same brush'.  I think its good that they are allowed to compete and no doubt they will be 'randomly' tested like the other competing nation's athletes. Specifically on the final itself, I always believed that the Germans would be beaten, their rise towards the top has been swift and if you look at their narrow victory in the semi-final some of the goals came in quick succession with some outrageous deflections and shots - no team could sustain that kind of fortune.  That said, Germany are a great team but still have some way to go (in my opinion) to be considered the top team.

It is a great joy. Despite all the difficulties, our athletes were able to win. It's worth a lot. Nothing can break Russia. Russia is a Great country and we have proved it once again.
