Finding an exchange that supports your token will limit the search. Look it up on www.coinmarketcap.com and check which markets trade it.

unfortunately none of them are exactly trustable. they pretend to be and a lot of them have long history of being around and giving services to people but none of it makes them actually trusted. and for good reasons. they keep scamming people either by singling them out or doing mass scams on different levels: running away or scamming groups of them.
for example look at past 3 months and how Bittrex which was one of the trusted exchanges for years scammed thousands of users.

First find out the exchanges which are available for your token. Most of the time EtherDelta list new tokens quickly. then you can sell your tokens there. use a tool like http://coinmarketcap.com/ to find the exchange which list your tokens.

Bittrex , Coinbase, Kucoin, etc are good. But only trade on them. No exchange is trustable my friend. Always keep your tokens on desktop wallet or ledger. With a sweep exchanges can wash away all your hard earned money.

Tokens are usually launched after the ICO. If the ICO campaign is really trusted, they will set up the exchange mechanism after the ICO. You can then start selling and exchanging the tokens you receive. You must register bittrex or coinmarketcap to place a token on your wallet.

If you’re new to cryptocurrencies, your first step would be to find an exchange that allows you to deposit money. Due to regulations, all exchanges require you to verify your account before depositing your funds, through the submission of your identity proof and any other personal information. Hence, you should find an exchange in your domestic country first to convert money from your bank account into Bitcoin.

The best and safest way to sell your token is to refer the sites/marketplace recommended by the source website from where you purchased the token. Generally, you will find 2 to 5 exchanges for newly launched tokens and you can always find the marketplace for your token through the sites like Coinmarketcap.com. Do not sell token to anyone without doing the background check and use escrow if possible.

Check the markets section of https://coinmarketcap.com/ for exchanges you can trade your token on. Generally the highest volume exchanges are better choices.

Go to coinmarketcap ,search for your token then check its market then sign up on those exchanges. If you dont see your coin on coinmarketcap maybe the volume is not yet meet thats why coinmarket still not listing your token.
