Title: MtGox withdrawals impossible, they are not responsive - over 1 month now Post by: elmx on July 19, 2011, 01:05:19 PM I initiated a withdrawal frmo MtGox to a SEPA account on June 15. After the June fiasco on mtgox I was patient and waited.
On June 29 I opened a ticket on Mtgox support site (number 5635). They asked me for more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, nothing. Now, I see in the forum that people who initiated withdrawals in July are getting them. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FUNDS ? Why is my ticket not being considered ? This is getting absolutely ridiculous, MtGox. Over 1 month now. It is not even closed. Supposedly it is "currently being processed" by Natalie. She has not replied since July 6 ::).
