Vertcoin is temporarly unavaible for trading, please see on their website. You will have to use different exchange. Why not try buying it from Bittrex or other major exchanges. Using Changelly can also be good. Their rates and fees such - you would be better off exchanging it thru an exchange if its bigger amount.
