well half of the list is from those who are directly affiliated with huge coins with premines! XRP is the 100% premine coin which they own all of it so they are rich. ETH is the other premine coin which had 72 million premined coins so obviously they are also rich.

no surprise people keep creating lots of shitcoins like these with the same scheme wanting to get rich like them!
something is seriously broken about this system.

Those billionaire can hoards bitcoin easily. This will makes bitcoin more volatile. Bitcoin should be spread evenly to makes bitcoin price more stable. But those whales also bring positive impact on bitcoin price. Since many billionaire that jumped in bitcoin world, this makes the price of bitcoin increase significantly. I hope I can become bitcoin billionaire too.

While I do think these people are rich and all, I think if they were to sell they'd loss mass amounts of their fortunes because there's no chance that these people could liquidate that number of coins (and with their names) and not have the market crash due to them selling. Because we know that once they sell, the price is going to crash or some news is going to come which gives reason for a crash to come in.

These cryptos arent as liquid as stocks when it comes to big name selling - NOT AT ALL.

So no bitmain. :-\
Not that I would want to since they are in a bit of turmoil with miners for the hashing controversy as of late.

Mining not what it use to be when it was first able to make so much but they have branched off into other streams to stay competitive to bitfury.

And Ripple being the number one on the list of 2017.
I wouldn't of guessed it to be that much even with the deal the creators struck with the Indian banks and google pay in the last little while.

You are 100% spot on with that statement. These Ethereum Founders made a shitload of money with these premines and people are still buying into that. I also do not see the mining giants on there, that supposedly sold Billions of dollars worth of ASIC chips, just in last year.

These lists will never be accurate because you never know how many of these people might have sold some of their coins.
