So you need to contact support to solve this problem. Its possible but it can take some long time to solve. They got the payment for sure but they need to find account to deposit. It was nice for the bitfinex support to try to help but that would be a tedious task to verify your transaction for both yourself and the exchange. The $150 fee is justifiable in this case.
