Guys I have 80K to Invest in BTC, my Goal is 200K$ by End of 2018, My only question is When is the best time, I want to buy BTC for 6K price what do u think?
We are in FEB and BTC price is more than 11K $ , I can imagine How Much BTC will go UP by end of 2018, But im looking 4 a crash to join in the game , Idk maybe March or MAY?

I learnt you want to get 200K from investing 80K? If the price is to go down as you expect to buy; then when are you going to generate 200K from your investment. I don't think price of Bitcoin can fall to 6K, i suggest you buy it now because it is now going to increase

The main question is how long can you hold it. Because if you can hold it 2-3 years, you can just buy it now and forget about it. I am absolutely sure that it will grow minimum 10 times.

Now is the best time to buy btc. But i would recommend to invest in a couple of different coins which have chances to gain value.

In this way if one of your coin puts you in loss others may provide you profit.

            I don't think bitcoin will crash down to 6k this year ,If you want to buy bitcoin then buy it now,And if you want a better income or profit then keep holding your bitcoin and wait for the price to increase.I am expecting that bitcoin price will reach more than 11k by march.

Not investment advice, just my general observations.

Bitcoin prices go up and down, can be very volatile.  It's very hard to time tops and bottoms of any market.  However, I will say, in Bitcoin, that I've noticed a few things: first, Bitcoin price seems to often be very news driven, especially with "bad news" pulling the price down.  This is true for any asset but I've noticed the effects seem to be exaggerated with cryptocurrency.  Which brings me to my second observation, Bitcoin is still very illiquid, compared to other assets, so prices will tend to be more volatile.  If I had the time, I'd try to trade that volatility, because it looks like it can be quite lucrative if you get in the groove.

Consider buying some at various price points, set an order for a few staggered entry points below market.  For example, if you were to buy in 20k at $8000, maybe another 20k at $7000, something like that.  If the price starts going up and these no longer seem realistic, you can always change unfilled orders.  The way I look at it, it's better to set a spread of prices and get something than to set all of your buying at, say $7000, and the price reaches $7050 and you got nothing because it happened while you were sleeping or otherwise occupied.

If you're hodling and you feel like the price has reached a peak, it's always good to get out and buy back in at a lower point.  One way this is often accomplished in cryptocurrency is with stablecoins, especially Tether, for example $USDT.  I do not know for sure, but I've seen enough allegations about the financial transparency of Tether that I'd be cautious.  The concern is that if there is ever a large crash it could be hard to get your dollars out of Tether.  This may be unfounded, but if you search around, you will see information about this coin from people that know far more about it than I do.  Make sure to research any coin that you would use to trade out of Bitcoin as a stablecoin.  I would think a rock solid, fully transparent proxy for an underlying fiat currency would be very easy to establish and maintain.  So the concerns others have raised about Tether would cause me to do a lot of research before I felt safe with it.  But that's me, do your own research!

Anyway, my opinion probably isn't worth much because I don't trade Bitcoin, but those are my observations.  Good luck, I hope you meet and exceed your goal!

So far based on the lastest bear market, the best time to buy was February 6th low.  You can look into the mayer multiple which takes the BTC price and the price of the 200 dma into account. The ratio will tell you how much above or below the average ratio, so buy when it is below the average and sell when it is multiples of the average.

I think BTC will uptrend and go to 100k/1 BTC and altcoin non. You should hold at least 50% BCT

I think don't buy now if you going to investing here because the price is really stay high price but still it can go 2x high like this november and december btc value.There's no assurance here so better to do all the possibility like invest now then if the price of bitcoins and aktcoins buy again then hold it until they go really high.

I don't usually predict the prices of BTC because it is anyway independent of our predictions and speculations. The BTC is very sensitive stuff that I have come to know until now and it can get swings at anytime because of smaller to big things. You are talking about the year end 2018, which is still far away from now and in between we could see many good and bad news about the bitcoin. There will be many fluctuations in between and many ups and downs which will keep the bitcoin's market cap going crazy all the time. I am not sure whether you will reach 200K but I can say that you should really invest 80K into BTC but wisely. In the journey of reaching 200K dont get panic and just hold.

Some banking crisis and you are done :) price +100% but some FUD and -50% this is high risk game.
Best time buy is usualy when people complain about BTC.
Today may jugde BTC that is not preforming as alts but this is not best way to think about it imo.

I think now still is the best time to buy BTC. But if you invest for 3/5 years, is ok you can buy now. No need to wait. I believe for long term investment you can get more profit 2/3 times. When I see the graphic every years bitcoin up fast, but sometimes drop down also. You can consider invest in bitcoin 3/5 years.
That's all just my opinion for you in bitcoin.

You can invest in bitcoin when it is in dip price, maybe $6k is enough price of bitcoin to start investing that is -  if you only want to invest in short term investment but if you want to invest for long term, you can start buying now and hodl it for a couple of years, and yes, you can earn lot of profits from it.

The best time to invest is now because we can never tell or know what will happen in the future and I think that the bitcoin price will rise again and set a new mark this year. So invest now, because we can't tell that maybe this is the lowest price of bitcoin right now. Low price can gain more.

Its your luck that bitcoin is still in the stage of recovering. Buy as much as you want and hold it or you can trade it, its up to you mate.

I think if you have 80k$ you better invest them into ETH because ETH is the way much more potiental than BTC.

Already you know the crypto prediction it will again crash in future but it will not reach 6k USD because know it is reach around 11k USD this will raise 15 to 18k USD then it will drop so it should be maintain 10k USD is possible.

That $ 200K figure is very far from $ 80K. With the current bitcoin price between 10K and 11K, you need to consider again. The value you have is very high, and if all invested in it is very risky. No one can answer for sure the question of when is the right time to buy bitcoin.

we can't always get what we want. and there was already a crash, a big one actually. bitcoin lost 70% of its price in that crash, if you wanted to buy you should have bought back then in that dip. now that that dip is over, you can not expect the same thing to happen again.

I mean you can wait and risk missing the chance to buy now or you can buy now and risk missing the chance to buy if a drop happened but if you ask me the chance of another drop is so low that it is not wroth waiting for.

It is very hard to predict that price will go down to $6,000 again except if there is another correction that will happen and still we don't know when. I suggest you buy Bitcoin now as the price of $10,000 is not that much expensive in which i believed the price is now keep on rising. If you will miss the opportunity of this current value you will regret it if the price will become $11,000 to $12,000 by next month. So be on board now before its too late.

The best time to invest is as soon as you can if you believe the value of Bitcoin will rise above what you pay for it. You have to invest based upon your own strategy, do you think Bitcoin will be worth more tomorrow, in a month, a year etc

I hope that the 80k $ you own that you are willing to loose that if you invest in BTC ? Nobody can really predict the price of bitcoin as it to volatile.
I would spread your money over several investments: stocks, gold, bitcoin, altcoin, funds, ...Don't put all your eggs in 1 basket!

I think now would be a good time to enter the market. BTC is past the downtrend line as of today. I wouldn't expect BTC fall back to 6k in the near future.

Not that I have tried investing something that big on cryptos but my advice is you better get in on it now since 6k is pretty hard to get already as of now since the bitcoin market is obviously starting to go on a rally now. But if you really want 6k, place a buy order at 6k, but I think bitcoin's price going that low again is not likely to happen anymore. But still, that's your choice. Just stating my opinion base on what I hae observed from the past charts of bitcoins and it's movements for this year together with all the great and bad news I have heard that are coming and are already here.

hmm .. IMO bitcoin will not go back to the figure $ 6k, old investors will not want to see this situation, because according to them it makes a loss.
only new investors want the situation, so they can invest a lot in bitcoin and earn multiple benefits in the future.

That $80,000 can definitely doubled and even go to $200,000 in the right time when bitcoin has pumped a lot. But you need to endure all the painful FUDs that are being made by whales and yeah this is the question that you need to answer;

Makes a lot of sense dude. Logic would dictate that you make thorough study and research of you're going to let go of that much money. Simply opening it as a topic in a forum isn't considered a good research since many of us here wouldn't even know what to do if we get 80k usd. Its a risk that you have tobtake responsibility for yourself

You have chance to buy BTC even for a lower price then 6000$,why you did not buy then,you wait to price go lower maybe?Now you ask when price will go to 6000$ again so you can buy 13+ BTC and make 13x200 000$ profit of only 2 600 000$ in 10 months?

I have to disappoint you in your thoughts,maybe you will never see 6000$ this year again and 200 000 $ by the end of this year is more than the most optimistic predictions for this year.However you can dream about that,or you can buy 7+/- BTC now and wait for magic happens.If price go to 200 000$ you will earn "only" 1 400 000 $ minus investment 80 000 $,a fortune for most people in the world.
