Title: 2 out of 5 GPUs running @ low hashrate after turning off (Claymore)
Post by: thesourc3 on February 27, 2018, 08:30:57 PM
So I’ve been having this issue ever since I turned my 6x RX 570 rig off. Upon turning it on, 4 of the cards are getting 22-23mh/s but the other 2 are only getting around 15mh/s. I presume it’s a software/settin issue somewhere as sometimes the 2 lower hash rates will be cards 2 & 3 while other times it will be 4 & 5. I’m using Claymore in single mining mode and everything was running smoothly up until I turned the rig off for a few days.

Can anyone think of anything that could make this happen? I’ve tried just about everything other than reinstalling drivers, and it’s starting to really frustrate me. Also does anyone know if a slow internet connection can cause lower hash rates on certain cards only? Thx for any insight anyone can provide on this in advance!

have you checked your drivers and on AMD settings if "Compute Mode" is enabled?

Actually I did realize this happened (certain cards being on gaming mode rather than compute mode) when I first set it up. I dunno how this could have changed again on its own but I’ll definitely take a look here when I get home!
