For those of you that are too lazy to read about Polymath (even though you should lol - dyor), here's a pretty comprehensive read about them.

Thanks for the link.

A lot of people are similarly too lazy to read the whitepapers when doing research and always try to look for a shortcut. ;D Not the smartest decision but what can you do.

It's a nice read, but I don't like the idea behind ST20 tokens and " Only a “list of authorized investors and their Ethereum wallet addresses” can hold ST20 tokens.   "

IMO this is against the whole idea of crypto-currencies and I will not support any ST20 ICO. If you want regulations, KYC and other sh*** go and use fiat brokerage.

I don't think they have a chance to catch up with their rival - Orderbook. And here is why:

-Orderbook actually holds patent for regulated token technology https://www.newsbtc.com/press-releases/orderbook-announces-one-kind-regulation-aware-protocol-tokenized-securities/
-Orderbook has the best tool set for enabling compliance. They have implemented KYC/AML, Accredited Investor Status check and DocuSign electronic signature. Also they have license for trading bitcoin, ethereum and USD in 50 states.
-Orderbook is now in process of acquiring SEC licenses for public securities offerings and private securities offering.
-Orderbook is actually working decentralized exchange and ICO platform and they have done couple of dozens of ICO's.

They also have a private SAFT round. You could try your luck writing to their telegram support channel or sending them email. They are quite responsive.

I think they can success, there has been a lot of hype about them and it looks like they have solid connections and a plan for moving forward and bringing the project to life, including their coopration with tzero.
