If it is, it's not very funny.
Title: Re: Chaos Prediction Center - strange ad space (WARNING: challenging, fun > profit) Post by: uoyeparannog on September 28, 2013, 10:32:45 AM Not sure, selling signature and spamming in "Newbies" section is funnier for me. (Your posts here aren't useless anyway and contains some content, so minimum or no offence at all here - maybe just some small barb)
Group of advertisers interested in mentioned target is to small in this niche to prove that topic contains maximum 20% of "joke", as banners, hi-traffic spots and inaccurate targeting is still #1 marketing tactics - easy and effective in most cases (especially in BTC world, for reasons I can describe if You don't know already), additionally in means of BTC community single thread in valid section of Bitcointalk is often enough, then all You have to do is "hardening" brand - via giveaways, banners, or by buying signatures - just like this one under Your post (useful for SEO too - PR4, good indexing (https://www.google.com/#q=%22instant+bitcoin+gambling%22+site:bitcointalk.org), even good results (https://www.google.com/#psj=1&q=instant+bitcoin+gambling)). In such environment, my offer may look like joke and never meet interest, indeed - but trust me, I sold a lot of ads on smaller pages and on "funnier" rules on mainstream and bigger niches (for really "small" and "funny" ones mainly during "en masse hunting", when army of "assistants" buys everything possible to fill out excell form, but You know what I mean). Anyway, feel free to describe why You marked it as "joke" ("not very funny" even) - via PM, or here, as You wish - I like to analyse way of thinking of other peoples, know their opinions, approach to some matters and such - and if You have some constructive criticism I would be particularly contented as it means that I can learn something new. Regards. PS. never judge a book by it's cover - reading is funnier. |
