Title: Cryptopia stole our coin
Post by: arvin777 on February 28, 2018, 03:07:43 PM
Hi

Few months ago I bought 1 million casinocoin CSC with 2 btc. I wanted to withdraw those coins few days later but I couldn't . i submit a ticket and asked what happened and they said a 51% attack happened and we are working on this situation and your coins will be available soon. They just keep said don't worry we will fix this problem until today. Today they says we can't do anything about it and your coins lost and you should not keep them in wallet exchange.
With new price of CSC 1 million csc worth 200 btc ! But I just want my 2 btc . Why they sold us something didn't exist? And now they won't give our coins back.

Cryptopia does this a  lot.  File a report with FDRS. https://fdrs.org.nz/contact-us/

Look like the one to blame may be your coin and not Cryptopia. They tried to recover the coins but were not able. You can't blame the team for trying to help the users. It's also their own benefit to help people so why should they say we can't recover if they can?

Create a topic about this problem will not help you solve it. I think the only way to solve your problem is keep contacting with Cryptopia support and if they can't solve this problem for you they must find out any other way to cash back for you and if they're not going to do like that you just need to find a good lawyer and he'll help you solve your problem with Cryptopia exchange.
