The KYC / AML time was a bit long. But I think it's worth waiting. Ryu is a very good programmer.

pre sale was smooth and got over in just 24 hours . they raised almost 52k ether in both private sale + pre sale .
but in KYC process they did not plan very well , using 3rdparty site like survey monkey for submission of ID proof not look good for such project .
after that validation process taking more than expected time . 2 months passed from presale and still validation is incomplete and team stucked only with KYC process , after kyc validation they will take time in refunds and unlocking of tokens . main net is also 1 year away .

overall - team is nice , project also have something unique and needful solution for crypto market . but planning and delays not good at all .

It's worth a wait. Now the best whitepaper you have ever seen. I hope they can think.

I am also alarmed by this delay with the verification of the KYC procedure. I was counting on my documents to be checked much faster. I'm starting to worry, what could be the problem?

Why do you wanna invest in this project? It is very clear that after the ico, this coin will not skyrocket, whether it will rise or not is even doubtful and you can never take back your eth.

yggtrash what a shitshow, the tokens should be locked until they secured a major exchange but for some reasons tokens get unlocked and ppl start dumping on idex
how we can trust team to deliver if they can't lock the tokens properly!

The team would not unlock the locksmiths with the major stock exchange. Due to a problem, pre-purchase areas were unlocked.

Those were must be private sale investors tokens because my tokens were still locked at that time , so few were unlocked or may be never locked in real . however team have already said that they are checking the situation and if needed they will hard fork it .
However i do agree that it is really careless behavior by team that such mistakes happened by them and people exploited it in bear market by dumping those tokens .

It's very normal that there are minor problems. Of course I trust the first Peter Ryu and then the project.

The same bug as YGGDRASH (@YggdrashNews) has been found in ICON (@helloiconworld). ICON team has found a solution and eliminated this vulnerability. All the ERC20 $ICX tokens are safe. we just got our clients listed on multiple top exchanges and features on Ivan on Tech and Forbes and Entrepreneur... even as a partner, they never took our firms' advice seriously, which really makes me wonder what the team is doing behind the scenes.

You are waiting for a good moment to unlock because of the market conditions, but when your community will sell this shit it doesn’t matter if the market coniditions are good or bad.

What may help is official confirmation that the teams tokens are locked for the same delay that we have seen/continue to see instead of sticking to "12 months" as per the roadmap.

In this bear market everyone is a loser and went down big time. Two exceptions would be Ripple and Stellar. I didn't invest into none of them yet.

I have invested into the Pre-Sale and it was sold out within 1 day. What you are talking about was true maybe for the private sale.
However this doesn't matter by now. This is history. Now we are at 0.06x so the best time to invest is now. I have invested nearly 10 Eth at the pre-sale and that cost me a fortune since then I bought the Ether for 772$ and more 800$ and even over 1000$.

Greetings from Team YGGDRASH.

Last time, the Team and the community had decided to postpone the 2nd and 3rd portion of the FIRST YEED Airdrop event until BTC 6,000 USD recovery, and as of May 9th, Bitcoin finally broke the 6,000 USD level.

We are all glad to witness the different market atmosphere from the rise of Bitcoin price. Nevertheless, the Team had to go through a series of meetings and discussions in regards to the pros and cons of commencing an airdrop when the price of YEED is lower compared to its true value.

The Team could have executed the airdrop and simply kept the promise; however, the Team strongly believe that doing so would eventually be a self-destructive act at this point to all YGGDRASHers.

On this ground, the Team has decided to burn the entire amount of the prepared 2nd and 3rd portion of the FIRST YEED Airdrop which equates to 100,000,000 YEED, and this will take its place on May 16th.

[CEO's Message_The Exchange Under Development]

Dear Valued YGGDRASHers,
this is David Seo, a CEO of YGGDRASH.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for showing great interest in the exchange under development, and I would like to share with you the up-to-date details.


1️⃣ The Transition from Korea to Global
Initially, the Team planned a cryptocurrency exchange which can handle KRW. However, due to the following reasons, the Team has decided to set up its base in Singapore to serve the global market.

🔹1–1.The Regulatory Risk of Handling KRW
Recently, the Korean National Assembly proposed the revision of the Act on the Reporting and Utilization of Specific Financial Transaction Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Act"). The amendment stipulates that if an accident related to anti-money laundering occurs in a South Korea-based cryptocurrency exchange, the bank issuing the account to the exchange will be liable for it, not the exchange itself.

The creation of 'Hive Account(Multi Accessible Account)' for the use of KRW Deposits was also banned. Furthermore, when an exchange is seen using the Hive Account, the bank can confiscate the exchange's account. Presently, only four exchanges can use the real-name virtual bank account system while other cryptocurrency exchange cannot. Thus, the use of a Hive Account was the only way to handle KRW, and now this seems implausible.

The Team contacted many banks dozens of times to find a clear solution for months, but could not resolve the issue to date.

🔹1–2 Weakened Korean Crypto Market
In March 2018, the Korean Financial Authority announced the <Cryptocurrency Anti-Money Laundry Guideline> and expected to be legislated in the near future. Since the announcement of the guidelines, the hurdles of cryptocurrency exchange operations in South Korea have aggravated, and amongst the global exchanges, three South Korean exchanges once ranked in the global top 10 are now pushed back to the top 100.


2️⃣ New Business Model
For the time being, the exchange is not going to handle Fiat Currencies such as USD / KRW / JPY; however, the Team will utilize and implement a Stable Coin to provide various investment options that were not available with fiat currencies.
Furthermore, we have changed our benchmarking target from 'FCoin+Binance' to 'Bitmex+FCoin'.
The exchange will be the world's first "Right-Sharing Exchange" which will introduce new derivative products that can be alluring to many traders.


3️⃣ The Release Schedule
With the transition of the focus market from Korea to global, significant changes are being implemented to the business model of the exchange. The exchange is now free from the heavy regulation of South Korea, but it needs to compete with leading exchanges in the world.
The Team concluded a major upgrade in the core system is needed and the release schedule has to be postponed inevitably.
The Team and I would like to sincerely apologize for everyone who has been waiting for the exchange. We know by heart the weight of postponing the release date, and how it may disgruntle everyone who is waiting for the service. The final release date will be announced as soon as possible.


4️⃣ The Correlations between YEED and the Exchange
Setting YEED as the key currency for this exchange would be a nice scenario; however, it would take some time to actually implement this. Major exchanges are also struggling to invigorate non-BTC markets. The Team will try to find a way to realize this in the near future.
Although YGGDRASH and the exchange are fundamentally two separate entities, the Team will look for ways to raise the value of YEED and to build the YEED market without disrupting the system of the exchange.


Once again, the Team and I apologize for the change in the release schedule. I recognize your frustration and thus genuinely grateful to all YGGDRASHers for understanding.
