Title: Getting past the "Accredited investor" problem
Post by: MiddleFingerToTheMan on March 01, 2018, 01:12:57 PM
Is it possible for non accredited investors to buy into presales etc as part of a syndicate or something?
Can a non-accredited investor buy a security at an early stage?
How does one go about doing this?

Nope. If they have restrictions on US investors that required you to be an accredited investor then they only hope is becoming one.

You could try and find someone to purchase for you who is not a US citizen but then you would be entering in to some sort of a trust trade and would have to pay them a premium of sorts.

If you can find someone to build a relationship with who is trustworthy then this is probably the best route. Try check out the services section, maybe someone already offers this  ???
