My top 5 of this year:

I bought these Coins to make a lot of money this year

There are so many that will be successful (greater than 0% return) but here are some of my best tips.

ETH,
NEO (expect this could be no 3 coin before long)
Utrust
Ziliqa
Dragonchain.

I would also say everyone should have some BTC but this is the alt section so I excluded that.

Those token i believe that will dominate this year. Probably :)

I think 2018 is the year of Ethereum. I think it is the best investment actually. Such a good coin with a lot of potential.

AXP - Bitcoincash advisor
FLuz Fluz - The first token about cashback
INT - IOTA of China
SNOV - The first token about lead marketplace

BTC - Segwit support increase as well as more institutional investors, BTC will continue to grow.
LTC - Follows BTC, Litepay, I think they have something big in the works, don't think Charlie Lee sold his tokens for selfish reasons.
PPP - Paypie will be one of the few tokens that will be launching products with a real world use case.
ICX- Icon is Koreas Ethereum, if it could follow the path of NEO it will be successful in 2018. Korea also love their crypto.
DGPT - Digital inheritance is a big issue in crypto, and DigiPulse will solve this. Token economy makes it prime to increase the price with such a low supply.

The coin you choose is exactly the same as the contents of my portfolio it's just that the order of its placement is different

1. Bitcoin (Coins of Pride)
2. Neo (Coins reliable)
3. Ripple

I put Neo in second place because i strongly believe this chinese coin will depose Ethereum.

I am not sure about the fifth one. Just for the full disclosure, I only own BTC, Ethereum and Waves.

Whether it's a bear market or a bull market, it's always a good idea to have BTC and ETH and NEO, because in the long run, these tokens still have a lot of room to grow, so they're worth holding for a long time.

1. Bitcoin (BTC)
2. Ethereum (ETH)
3. Monero (XMR)
4. NEO (NEO)
5. This is bit hard choice. But it can be one of this: XRP, ADA or XLM.

Why most people know only top-20 coins from coinmarketcap?

I'd like same list. But I would replace Fusion for Raiden. And I don't know Zilliqa. Remain good tokens/coins. But I think such topics not get any useful info.

It's hard to talk about profits because the whole market is/has falling/fallen dramatically.

Ethereum
Litecoin
Ripple
Waves

We all know bitcoin now is the most ever known coin. Aside from that etheruem is the next to bitcoin, all of these coins has capability and potential to be the next bitcoin.

2- Cardano ( I think It will be very important coin in this year because has good technology, good ideas and good team)
3- VeChain (VeChain's ideas is very rational and useful. Also They settled with BMW )
4- Credits ( It is a new coin but It has a very good technology. It is more useful than bitcoin and ethereum)

I really agree with your choice, I also invest in some coin you mentioned and I think they will have a good future but I am not interested in ripple.

NANO is the first one for me after charlie announced that he invested in NANO.
After nano there is waves for me. DEX is really important for all of us and waves already did the fastest one inside of wallet.

3 eos EOS solves three major problems, namely, congestion, energy dissipation and Gas consumption, which are not solved by bitcoin and ether, which is technically feasible. I'm very optimistic!

a lot of coins are present and give different benefits, but of the many coins that I have most like, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, and NEO. because the five coins have attracted my attention.

Bitcoin- I hope for 50,000 dollars this year
Ethereum-I hope that it will grow at least 2 times.
Ripple - a lot of positive news in the last six months.
Capp -promising coin for the coming year.
Waves - a great team, a ready product.

You mention top 20 coins but also coins which I didn't know they were existed. I will definitely look into it. There's a feature called Watchlist on CoinRanker (https://www.coinranker.net). I see which coin I want to keep track of.
