I think March will be BTC Season
we may see Alts bleeding. Alts season will start from April

This is my thoughts. Need your thoughts too

My thoughts are that we cannot predict the future, can we? We can try our best and fool ourselves into thinking we can when we flip a coin and guess whether it will be red or green, but the reality is we haven't got the slightest idea.

I think it's best to diversify a bit into both BTC and Alts, and also reserve a little capital in fiat for a potential buy-back. Nothing is to certain right now in this sideways market.

In my opinion both will be bullish trend for this month. Hopefully i can recover my lose last month.  Bitcoin could be reach $20,000 again, and some pupolar altcoin also will going up  up to 100% .

I am not expecting bitcoin and altcoins to start going up on different times. Both of them are already in better situation compared to last month. Most of them are already on the move but it's not enough to recover yet. I guess in the second half of this month we will see some serious movements from alt coins and in the April we will see some alt coins moon.

i would like to change it a little though. it is possible that in March we see both bitcoin and altcoins rise initially each rising small amounts. bitcoin starting its rally and altcoins having some recovery.
then it will be followed by bitcoin continuing its rally and rising more while altcoins stopping after that small initial rise and continue dropping down (getting dumped).

I thought just the same. Its hard to predict the market. Whatever it is that is causing it to rise or drop in value depends on a very large crowd of coin holder. Bigger events where people would have to use their money can also cause some effects on the use of BTC and ALTCOINS so it is so hard to really predict such. But there is nothing wrong with making these predictions it is up to the person who have made a lot of research to see how the market is going. Maybe you have such basis. which we just don't know.

No one knows the future. However, I also hope that the market will be green for many months to come.

I also think like that, everything related to finance will increase in april after passing the leap month of february yesterday. but this is just my personal thoughts only hopefully it really happened.

No one would exactly predict the flow of prices but bitcoins rising from March seems quite possible as every starting months has been rough for bitcoins and after drop bitcoins bull run like anything.I think that altcoins would increase especially etheruem IMO.Bitcoins and altcoins has mostly always had gone up and down together.

There's no obvious answer to this but seeing the cycle of bitcoin's growth over many years it's more likely to be like that but whether it could occur in march or mid of this year, who knows.
But I guess, after all the bad things that making the market becoming worse and full of panic and fears. Guess it's the time for so many people to restore their trust to btc and make it grow again, also some experts even predicted that bitcoin could go up +300%

I think they're just starting to stabilize this time around and March will be the month for that.

I have no clue to be honest. But I do think that we might see a short btc run followed by a prolonged alt run and influx of new money.

That all depends on worldwide news. We just can try to predict it, but i think thats not impossible, if you are not the greatiest expert who know how to analizis the general situation. In other cases this is a time wasting.

This may be true. I also noticed that Bitcoin has started making some great movements with an upward direction. Bitcoin has finally crossed to more than $11,000 a while ago. This might be it. We are going to see Bitcoin with $16,000 to $18,000 value in the next several days or a few weeks. I don't think the altcoins will be suffering for the next days. They have already dumped in price so much in the past days. This will not continue. There will definitely be altcoin pumps together with Bitcoin pump this month of March.  

I can't predict what will happen if the march is BTC season and for me i think the season of btc will start in 3rd quarter of the year like what i see last year. Its hard to predict the market in crypto currency because it's go in high and low value all the time.

In my opinion, in early March, there will not be very big changes, and already at the end of the month there will be a significant increase, but of course everything depends on what will happen in the world and what news will be.

My prediction for the coming months bitcoin and altcoin prices will be better, their value will creep up higher. The red color is over, and will be a pleasant green color.

I also agree with you! Bitcoin levels are difficult to predict if according to your view in the next 3 years could be better. I think a lot of excitement will happen. Altcoin, in my opinion, will still overshadow bitcoin prices.

Despite the opinion of John Maccafi or Vitalik Booterin, but in my opinion is that bitcoin will show very large growth in the autumn-October or November. Now and in the near future one should not expect much growth.

I don't know why some people like to always predict the market, the market will always go the turn it wants, I think what is killing the altcoins market is lack of real development updates from the developers, most of these ICOs have nothing to show for the fund thay have collected so far

BTC seems to break the 12K barrier first before unleash the bull toward 15K in the summer season.
Alt seems bleeding at the moment. It might be will catch up BTC somewhere near spring.

From the look of things and from what I feel, I can foresee and predict that Bitcoin price shall maintain the present but good dwindling level for this quarter, with just a little higher. But I feel there shall be remarkable hype by the next quarter. We hope the best in it.

It will be always the ICO month.. BTC will grow or go down, but what is for sure is the increase of ICO projects.. This is good, because it can only improve the adoption of crypto in general and bitcoin in a specific level.. with time, we'll see growth in BTC price.

We cannot predict what is the future of bitcoin but now as we can saw on the market the price of it is increasing and that`s the same for the altcoins. Hold, wait and see you can say that this decision is worth it. Just believe yourself than others, love yourself because you only live ones in this world.

It is difficult to predict the market without proper understanding of factors that affects the market. Over the past weeks, we have seen Altcoin price moving side-by-side with Bitcoin.

It seems that with the beginning of March there will be a season not only of bitcoin, but also of altkoins. Already, bitcoin has a rate of more than 11,000 dollars and I hope that it will continue to grow after the release a week ago of a new version of bitcoin, which allows to eliminate all the shortcomings in it. personally, I think. for Bitcoin to be quiet because Bitcoin has a lot of customers. Bitcoin is also well known to everyone and most of them prefer it to Bitcoin.

I wouldnt even try to predict the BTC and altcoins behaviour. I've heard many opinions since january that altcoins start to grow at any time, but it doesnt happen. I'm not disappointed, because i'm long holder and don't need fast money, but it is really interesting when we see the 20k$ price for 1 BTC? 

There will be no exact and accurate prediction regarding when it will be in a green condition most especially if we are having different tokens because they do have weaknesses and strength when it comes to idea and trading potentials. The best thing to do is just hold and wait for a good timing of course. We still have the chance if our tokens are in red days now it might go up in the next days.

As base on your words you thought that only march because you see that price market increase that is now rising and its worth 11,000 USD. Well my guess its not only march but this value well give us love. So if I were you buy altcoins or bitcoin but bitcoin is much easier compare than altcoin which has many process before you get it. Still when trading process of altcoins you get the right amount you can have much higher than bitcoin. Keep note that pick and invest the right altcoin and ICO to earn more.

I also think bitcoin and many other coins can rise in March. I really hope to see bitcoins price above $20k in a near future. By the rising price of bitcoin, the altcoins can stop bleeding and continue giving hope for the future.

it could be this month bitcoin will progress in the previous comparison but altcoin also have many predictions for this month that will certainly progress.

I think will be as you wrote, because bitcoin is already growing in price, and Altcoins are falling in price. I hope we will finally move off the dead point.

Everyone has his own way of looking up at the things and analyzing the things but I think of the whole crypto market to go up in the days to come. It will not only be altcoin which will go up, but all the crypto coins including bitcoin as well will surely go up and will definitely help the ones who have invested their money into these coins to have some greater profit in the near future. You just need to stay positive and patient too.

Some people asking that on what basis i am saying this. I am guessing this through previous records and not i am not whale or anything. just a wild guess. And yes i know no one can predict perfectly in crypto. But we can do wild guesses i think :P

I think alts will begin to grow gradually after bitcoin much earlier than in April. However, if bitcoin shows a fast and steady growth, then all alts will fall down, as they will not keep pace with the growth of the bitcoin price. But let's see what will happen in reality.

No one can really predict what will happen accurately but lets hope that march would be a good month for our market,because lately bitcoin is getting some consolidation that means that the market will be more stable than ever before.But who really knows? unless you are into group of whales who are manipulating the whole market surely you will know it.

I read much information in the internet and people it is talked about a price advance at the end of 2018. Large investors do rates on the height of cryptocurrencies this year. News positive. I advise to inlay money you in a purchase.

For some reason, I also tend to think this, although I previously thought that altcoins would grow from March, but now I'm sure it will be from the  - mid-April.

Hopefully speculation of many users and investors that March is month of correction going up will come true because we can not determine the flow of supply and demand in the market are needly.

I'm not sure about March but I'm quite positive starting from April, and then especially May and June. Then again I would wait for September, I don't really trust the "holiday months". This could be a great spring  ;D

I dont really know? because i am not part of these market manipulators who are responsible to the market pumps and dumps.But lets hope that this month would better than the last 2 months because we have enough bloodbaths, we need to have some bull run so that more of these investors will join our growing community.

Maybe you are right. Bitcoin continues to get more domination percentage and many alts are falling compared to it for a long time now. I also think that large cap alts will grow with BTC.

We wont know what will happen this month but lets hope that it will be better than the last 2 months that has given us so much headache because of the bloodbaths that happened,might be a good start because theres a lot of good news coming out from many countries,like putin's statement and now germany's decision of not putting taxes to those goods that are purchased using cryptocurrencies.

Well no one can predict what will happen in this month or in the next next month but what I see right now maybe you have a point in your prediction because bitcoin are now pump up to  $11k + and most altcoin now are bleeding because of btc pair.

It is possible that the trend for Bitcoin's rapid growth will continue in March, but I think that the 20k mark it will not cross at all.

I agree that Bitcoin will grow in March. But altcoins can grow only after Bitcoin can overcome the mark of 12 thousand.

We are looking forward that red days will be soon over and we will once experienced the bitcoin season where all bitcoin and altcoin values continually increasing and reach beyond our expectation.  Positive thinking regarding this matter will contribute and give impact to bitcoin investors but the mere fact is we have the capability to predict but our prediction do not have a basis and basically based only on our positive perspective.  Meaning our prediction is based on hope not on facts.  In short, with bitcoin volatility nature, we do not know exactly the time when it will increase or decrease its price.  

     You know what pal, you clearly do not have to be on a bunch of pump and dump groups that try to manipulate the market just to have a little insight of what's about to happen to a specific altcoin. Same goes to those pump and dump people, just because they are in a group of pump and dump, that does not guarantee knowledge to when the price rises and falls because some people on top of these groups take advantage and do not make signals on time to make the most profit out of the pumps. at least that's how I understand pumping and dumping schemes.

I can't say enough. Although, a lot are saying that summer time is bitcoin's time. But, Bitcoin is so unpredictable. It's so hard to guess.

Everyone of us are waiting for the best price of bitcoin and hoping that it will goes up and break that 12K USD wall just a little push to make it. I see this month March will make the bitcoin price getting stronger I'm hoping for that. Since bitcoin is the barometer to crypto price this will make altcoins goes up also.

Cannot posts my opinion since it will just be the same as others, people who will read it will just say it is just like any other predictions here.

For me who have an investments in bitcoin and altcoin have good expectations for both prices. Especially in the last two months, altcoin and bitcoin decreased with significantly. Although it has been assisted with trading but my initial capital has not returned after a crash occurred. And now in March I have a great expectation to recover my losses, and if you look at the information there is a lot of good information coming to the world of crypto, one of them is, Germany does not charge taxes to people who use transactions with bitcoin, and ubzekistan that will regulate cryptocurrencies.

I'm of the same opinion. And I think that the growth will continue until June. In July or August I think it is possible to rebalance the portfolio.

I think it's neither both Bitcoin and Altcoins, you really can not predict which coins are going to be in season for a certain month. It depends on the market if it is in favor with Bitcoin or some Altcoins. But for me I think Bitcoin will always be in season because it's value is still young, so you can still invest in Bitcoin and earn profits for long term and same goes with Altcoins as well.

I also believe that the growth of bitcoin will begin in the fall and will continue until the New Year. I compare the schedule with the past years, and I see a lot of coincidences. But the market is young, and no one can know how it really will be.

Am optimistic about this that both bitcoin and alternate coins will soon rise again, just in a couple of weeks things will get better, all coins will soon green again. Let's hope for the best guys.

Well, i believe it too since the market value are continuously increasing gradually i can feel that this will the beginning of price correction as the demand and supply will finally be stable in the support of the public trust it will automatically strike to were the prediction of march hits.Once the bitcoin will increase it follows the altcoin also.

Predicting does not actually change anything and I don't think it helps either. Though some noobs see this as an encouragement.  This may be in a positive way or the other way around since it may lead anyone to fortune or loses.

I think we should just wait. If developments rise, then surely there will be growth. But if you spread FUDs about sudden fall then it will cause a bigger dip.

It is really very hard to predict the future move of the market, especially when there is not a lot of new money and users pouring now! However, I still think it is unlikely the market will dip harder than that of late 2017 as most of the traders have already become resilient to FUDs.

well I have no idea on that but I think we must do our share to help bitcoin rise, by means of investing more and educate other people about btc so many will join.

I do not think that everything will end just in March, if everything will be favorable for Bitcoin, by April it will unambiguously restore the previous record of 20 thousand, and he may even go ahead. But for how long it will lasts?

I think,  altcoins is making a huge move in silence just to suprise us in a amazing way. And give us a huge amount for absolutely free. For me altcoin will dominate and we will surprise sooner or later, that is on my head already.

i agree with you.  I Think we can see altcoints season in the end of april or may.  Btc can go 12-$15k and after consolidation - this time will be a good  for atcoins . Heard that big players want to enter the market in the begining of the summer.

Currently the cryptocurrency market is recovering very well so do not be too worried if you are holding the altcoin. I believe that in the next few months altcoin will increase dramatically as investors return to the crypto market more and the money will be brought back to the altcoin is huge.

It's hard to predict the price of BTC or alts. From my point of view, these two coins are stable and bear risks than any other alts. If the volume of the market increase, no doubt that BTC and ETH can increase the price. The price in March would be stable and fluctuate at the lower range. Just calm down and hold.

I agree with you here. You see BTC tries to recover, but I don't see a particular reason why BTC would start running again, so yeah; a short btc run maybe but then it is alt season.

I think price of bitcoin will rise within march and april 18 and it will gain its position of previous year and set the market as investor demands it gave surprise to all.

please share why you actually think so. It would be good to have some nice data back up or is it only your gut feeling? Then it's definitely not good enough. Btc rising doesn't mean alts bleeding..

I am thinking now how to secure all my tokens now, I am hoping that I can secure all of them and use them on a perfect time. As of this month is very down so I am expecting on next month it will be the ALTCOINS and BITCOIN month.

I am thinking Bitcoin will soon bump on higher step level starting on 3rd quarter like July and or sooner.
Bitcoin has already begun climbing on top starting on every 3rd quarter of the year. And I am looking forward for Bitcoin that it will soon climb up and that's why I am stocking all my Altcoins into my wallet and never sell even a single coin because I am going to wait Bitcoin will soon rise and pump starting 3rd quarter.

Indeed, history are repeating themselves so the best reference for every predictions these days are mostly came through the past graph charts and  Bitcoin will eventually expected to start to step up starting on the 3rd quarter of the year that is around July and forward.

March is the same as January or February or even in the coming months. Month is not the basis of bitcoin rise and fall but it is all about how bitcoin move from its downward to forward and from forward forward. We will see it very soon because we are all in in the month of March.

I do not think that bitcoin will return to the $ 7000-$ 10000 in the end of April. There is too much bad news for bitcoin now, maybe it will increase in June-July 2018.

No one can assume anything about this market. Right now market is again red. Hopefully it will soon become stronger and all of us will be able to earn some profit.

It's just the beginning of March, but overall I'm not really sure. I had written in previous posts that I think the price of BTC will be around 10K at least until the middle of the year. That is at least my opinion.  :)
