Hy all.

I have transferred LHCOIN to yobit exchange and it have been 3 days. It is still not showing in my Yobit account. I have contacted support and launched almost 3 tickets but they are not responding to any one.

I have also contacted their twitter account, they are also not responding there.


Is there any way to recover my LHCOINS ???

I'm not familiar with LHcoin but does it shows confirmed on its network? If its confirmed then the problem lies to yobit itself. But about contacting their support, that's the hardest part of traders life. It's a miracle when you got replied by them.

I have checked it on etherscan it is confirmed there. I do not understand the network thing ?? How can I check this

If you check on etherscan it is confirmed then the problem is on Yobit, did you check the last block on Yobit wallet when want to make deposit, this is important thing to make sure the LHcoin block same with Ethereum block. You can try to use trollbox chat to get respons from Yobit admin maybe it's work.

Not I have not check the last block. I will definitely check the trollbox chat. I have just turned on the 2 Factor identification previously it was not available. Do you think it can be helpful in recovery ? As I was reading on internet that you should verify your account on exchange to make it useful.

I have experienced the same thing as you, at that time I made a deposit csno, I became worried because the coins did not go in and the balance did not increase. I get annoyed and instantly make a ticket, lucky my coin comes in after 1 week.
Yobit is like that, it never turns into a better exchange. You can just wait and do not send the ticket again, because sending multiple tickets will extend the processing time of your complaint. Hopefully you quickly get the solution of this problem.

What is LHCoins, first of all?

You can't actually verify your account on yobit even if i wanted to I think, because of the fact that it is an anonymous exchange that is often quite shady in its way of conducting business. Not really regulated by anyone.

Yobit is known for these types of issues, deposits, withdrawals, etc. They're going to ignore your tickets for as for as they can as well. If you deposit then you're prone to these risks that you should have known before you deposited.

Nothing you can do. Wait for a response, don't even use trollbox otherwise you may get banned. You'll need luck for yobit to sort out your issues.

If it is on etherscan then that means its confirmed there, the only problem is with yobit. About those unfamiliar coins or shitcoins they are not working very well about its deposit / withdrawal.

If you did the right thing when the wallet is active then you should receive it by now, if everything seems to be correct then ask in troolbox if you get any response from the moderator asks them politely. Many time i faced the same situation but i waited for their support to resolve the issue.

Network means the ETH ledger/blockchain. And as you said it's confirmed on etherscan. The problem is with yobit now, you have to wait them fix the issue.

He needs to wait for it before the wallet gets active.
