900-987 is strong Supply Zone
and if price coudn't make higher high anymore
a down wave will begin
and going to 700 area

Senario 2:
If price break up 1000 and pull back retested.
We could long from there.
So watch this zone as a flipping level to help you decide
when you wana take a short and when you wana take a long

The price has been fairly steady in the 800s and I don't see that changing anytime soon. There's big support around 800 and even if it can't break 900 resistance I don't see it falling below 800.

ETH always tends to move in bursts historically, the price is relatively stable for a while and then it 2-3x or more in a short period of time

We can see that ETH is one of the most successful projects in 2017, the price of ETH has grown tremendously but at the moment it is showing signs of slowing down as ETH is suffering a great deal. From the manufacturer, the ETH price is stopping at the $ 840 hook and is still falling slightly over the past few days. So I think you have to think carefully before investing in ETH.

After reaching all-time-high this year, Ethereum suddenly dip below and I think that $800-$900 will the correct price minus all the hype. Right now its having a hart time even touching $1K maybe that is a sign that its also a bubble by itself.

Yes, I agree with @rodalutor, resistance will be around $800 and I think its pretty solid although it fall behind that price it quickly recovered and bounce back, but $1K is a different level. Its comparable to $12K right now in bitcoin. So its gonna be a long way to go before we can see Ethereum going above $1K, in my opinion.

I don't think the price reaching 1k was reflective of a bubble. At least not a true bubble. The whole market was inflated in December/January but it will recover in time and thus I don't think it's really a bubble.

12/13k resistance for bitcoin is reflected across almost all of the alt markets. Once that's broken then expect the shackles to come off for the alts as well.

ETH is behaving normal this month which is a good sign that it will be rising soon. The graph shows two options and I always in favor of positive results. Etherdelta is already functional and this is why I have trust that ETH will be in demand for it will be having so many transactions.

Thank you sir for this analysis and I will keep an eye at this point in other to take opportunities of a possible breakout. Ethereum has made some significant progress some few days back and I think we would need to get at that high point again. I have some unit of Ethereum and hope I make gain from them some days to come.

I think that in 2018 ETH will grow very strongly because the demand for ICO investment will be huge and ICO is currently the biggest investment trend. The target of $ 10k this year by ETH I think will be achieved because more and more investors are known and investing in cryptocurrency and ETH and bitcoin is their number one priority. I never thought that ETH was the ball because ETH really has a lot of practical applications that are widely applied in life.

Ethereum is lagging to much, when compared to bitcoin, and it's not a very good investment right now. That is not happening just with ethereum though, since bitcoin is leading the show, and recovering much faster than any other coin. I'm still quite bullish on ether though, and I don't want to sell my position to bitcoin. It's not a big amount and I guess it would stress to to much, since ether can flip at any time, if good news hit the markets, or it runs a good ICO.

I believe ethereum will increase more the price and this week will become again the price of 1k dollars.  And after few months possible to become the price like 5k dollars.

Nice thread, I like your opinion with eth, I think longterm for eth is good with lots of ico his main business then the upcoming proof of stake that would be implement this coming years and many updates so its a good coin for longterm . Hope vitalik will create a nice concept to solve the laggy issue soon. It really sucks sometime especilly when some good ico is launch. Good luck

Those ico investments are only for short term because after ico complete most of them may convert it back to fiat so prices will come back again. But I do agree that in the long run, it is a good coin to hold to earn some decent profit. NEO is a competitor for ETH so if NEO kicks off then not sure how it will impact on ETH prices.

I have been looking closely at Ethereum chart and my speculation is  $800 support level will hold and the $1000 resistance level will still not be broken. It will just hover around this price range. Probably after the third retest on that resistance we will break it and we will hit the wall at the $1300 area.

It will never stable for any longer because this is cryptocurrency where demand and selling are changing every time.
Not even short time the price stay in the same range because its volatile. The resistance is $900 so break it will continue with bullish.

It is in fact pretty stable coin compared to others but I think it may be a little overvalued now, if bitcoin goes down there might be rapid decrease.

From my point of view, ETH is still a good investment crypto-currencies in the market since it always sits in the second place in the trading market. As we know that in 2018, too many ICO projects would like to have their own business through ETH, no doubt that ETH would be a biggest winner. Just buy some and hold these.

Yes it is still good investment so far. The important structure this time it is stands strong and will be bullish trend in the coming months. When you observe the price is quite stayed at this rate, but a good to buy and hold for long term. Because I believe we could gain profit on one of the best investment that is Eth.
