Bankera has created by scammer and i remember that the developer of bankera was the owner of the spectrocoin service. he had scammed almost one thousands of bitcoin. you can try to see so many scam accusation thread to the bankera's owner. Also, I would suggest that before asking anyones opinion in a forum, you express your opinion of a project, with facts. Then you could have some quality answers, discussion, with fellow members. Just a feedback. Otherwise you may just get uninformed answers.

Its been a long time and the project seems stagnant with no meaningful progress. Avoid fomo, avoid fud, make your researches and determine what you want out of Bankera. It's a scam project, we know that bankera's ico creator is the owner of the spectrocoin service and he has scammed hundreds bitcoin from the users.
