Currently, I am Jr Member, but can not add Avatar. Somebody please can show me?

go to your profile ,and click on Forum Profile Information
at the top of the page you will find the word avatar , click "go here",than upload your avatar

You must be at least Full Member rank to wear an avatar !

I think you need to be a full member rank to use avatar. I am member and I can't use avatar until now. So better way to use avatar is you need to get a high rank and then you're freely use avatar.
