Why don't you look back through a block explorer to answer this question for yourself?  The average block time is 10 minutes by design. This is normal for any Poisson distribution.

If you could kindly provide a txid, some here could help look into for you. Did you send a transaction and it is stuck or you believe the whole network is stuck? The former may be true but certainly not the latter.

The network difficulty is adjusted (every 2 weeks) to have a block every 10 minutes on average.
While 10 minutes is the targeted timeframe it can still take a few seconds up to a few hours until a block is mined.
This all is determined by when a miner finds 'the right hash'. Its comparable to the needle in a haystack.

Its completely normal to not have a block mined for 30 minutes.

I think you should provide us something to figure what is the problem you're facing with.
It's hard for us to help you if there is nothing we know about your situation, provide your txid would be lovely.

Yes it is normal, on average a block will be created every 10 minutes but that is just the average it does not mean it will happen exactly like that, the longest I have personally seen a block being created has been slightly more than 1 hour, I know that it can be exasperating waiting for that block to be generated but the only thing you can do is to be patient and wait, this is part of the design of bitcoin and there is nothing we can do to change it and if a transaction you sent is stuck because of it then you just got unlucky and must accept that fact.
