It was supposed to be "contrato inteligente". I don´t even think this guy knows Portuguese because when some Brazilian or Portuguese guys let some errors pass is because they don´t know the original in English, but this one doesn't know the destiny language otherwise he wouldn´t let that stay that way. Flooding the section, and basically ruining the image of all the projects he's working as a translator, since no investor will take these automatic translations seriously.
