Question is, why your fellow arabic friends don't give you merit? I mean it should be possible in any community same way.
I think you are a bit pesimistic here, you will get it just write valuable posts.

How much merit do you need to become full member?

One needs 100 merit in order to become full member. To become member one needs 10 merits. So OP needs to get 10 merits first in order to rank up to member, and then 100 merits in order to proceed through the next rank. In order to do that, he only needs to post quality post and post that are helpful to other members, I also suggest him to explore other sections of the forum so that he will learn more to improve his post quality.

You appear to have two main problems.
The major one is your post quality, if Google translate is accurate your Arabic posts are virtually spam anyway.
But also, a quick look at how Arabic sub forum merits are being distributed is discouraging, this post got 3 merits....

You need to get 10 merits to become Member. So, just chat in you local treads, help people and someone will give merit to you. That's not so easy, but it's possible.

I dont think that you are lack of knowledge in speaking english base on the sentence above its good enough to understand than many others post that Ive seen.

Write something usefull and people give you merit!!

In new rules you can get member only for merits and posts. I think it's good, now you need to earn the title and not just post nonsense. So give people useful advice and get merits

As we find there are many publications we find that there are people who have already answered
As I said I am not very good in English
To make an answer or article takes a lot of time

It has been repeated many times here on the Begginers & Help board, so please, consider that the first step to earning merit is: Read before posting!!!! (sorry for the intensity, but, oh, man, every day we have at least ten new threads related to merits).
Do not despair, friend, as well as you can work on your English skills (something useful to many stuff in your life), you can chill and explore the boards here in the forum with the only goal of understanding how it works.
When you have achieved both pieces of knowledge about the forum and some English skills for you to express yourself freely and more comfortable, you will see immediately the results not only by earning merits here in bitcoin talk, but everywhere else, for you will learn the most important lesson in life: to be patient.

Well first I am learning lot of things and collecting information about forum. If you want merits you need to make quality and constructive post, help members with information etc

You need 100 merits to become full member which is a lot and it is quite difficult so you will need to post quality posts and try maybe even starting helpful threads that will inform the community.

You have to earn 10 merit of a member and you will have to master 100 talent for becoming a full member. You need to post a quality post for your talent. If your post is quality then you can get talent promotion. I think your constructive post will take you to the gold peak of qualification.

I think you are on the right path. at the moment you have gain 6 merits. only 4 merits required for next member rank.

I think you already know how to be a member. Why don't you get merit from Arabic section? You have to make high quality, helpful and useful post in any section. This is one and only way to get merit. When you reach 10 merit, you will be a member.

You should be able to earn merit over there! Just online to write quality posts and be patient. Earning merit is no easy task.
