Look the posting history of those accounts. They quote each other, with 1 phase reply in differents 3Ds. Some of first few account reported on original post here, have now signature and seems they have changed their posting style so maybe we need to watch to "their older posts". I think we shall also report the Projects using their service. I gave this example some time ago: Reporting the ICO bumper accounts is not so efficient, since the procedure of creating new accounts is so easy and many bots are doing it already. There where I come from we have a saying - To deal with the beast you have to chop his head off. So to deal with all those accounts we have to go a little bit higher, we have to deal with the purchaser of the service. If there are more strict rules for those scammers (for me using such service means that you are doing some monkey business) . So instead of wasting time and energy let me know what to do to be more efficient? Maybe little off topic but. What about the projects and ANN threads that are actually paying for this service, we have to report them too? I would also neg the campaign main account for this type of sneaky behavior.

Your account was used for Ico bumping posts archivied above, till 27 February 2018. From 27 Ferbruary till late March there are 0 post and ICO bumping seens to be stopped. Since late March account is used for Bounties. The 1st though is "the account maybe has changed the owner" since the account has a GAP and changed the post's purpose, it can be easly confirmed if mod can check if the mail and password are changed on this GAP time (28 Feb 27 March) This verification can prove easly my theory if the access datas are changed in that month, if data are not changed the account was not sold but the accusation for suspicius bumping ICO is still here, and someone one day maybe will look at it.
