It is possible to move your NANO from Mercatox to Binance. Is it safe? Binance is pretty safe in my opinion, but it's not a very good idea to leave huge amounts of coins on exchanges.

Never hodl your coins on exchanges.

I'm waiting for Nano wallet to be released on Ledger. Until than Binance looks like a safer risk then Mercatox imo to store them.
