That's not good. You have to wait a lot now. Mostly campaign now a days accept BCT members with full plus rank. This makes sure that quality posters and people with optimum knowledge are getting enrolled into the campaign and thus making more engagement on the signatures of poster. You can try bounties but I am sure they also have minimum requirements of member rank now. Also, first focus on the ranks by spreading the words on forum, making good contribution.
