I had sent 2 emails, when I first saw it was stuck, and sent a second one about an hour ago, and didn't get a reply yet. We continued emailing for several days. Perhaps check your junk email and also go to your sent messages, make sure you sent it to the correct address (we all make mistakes). xJared |
