A lot people found fake myetherwallet before, so i think people in here already know the different between fake and real myetherwallet site.

Quoted from myethwerwallet.com, in case if some people not read it before.
How To Protect Yourself from Phishers
Phishers send you a message with a link to a website that looks just like MyEtherWallet, EtherDelta, Paypal, or your bank, but is not the real website. They steal your information and then steal your money.
  • Use the EAL or MetaMask Chrome Extension to block malicious websites.
  • Always check the URL: https://www.myetherwallet.com.
  • Always make sure the URL bar has MYETHERWALLET LLC [US] in green.
  • Do not trust messages or links sent to you randomly via email, Slack, Reddit, Twitter, etc.
  • Always navigate directly to a site before you enter information. Do not enter information after clicking a link from a message or email.
  • Install an AdBlocker and do not click ads on your search engine (e.g. Google).

These warnings are on the real MEW site actually. They highly implement the security check since it's a browser wallet, and should always check the URL and the website certificate. You'll know once you're on the fake when you notice the URL, and if it's suspicious.

Everyone in the crypto space needs to get into the habit of bookmarking the url of their exchanges and online wallets.

Don't google for the exchange you'll be presented with phishing sites in the search results. And don't click on links in emails. Just use your bookmarks and you will be safe.

This is the best approach and it's what I do and advise too. It is safest bookmarking or saving the sites on one's homescreen. Besides, I would advise that people go through the CMC (coinmarketcap.com) if they aren't sure of an exchange or a coin to get its official web address. It helps that way and saves one the scam attempts and malwares.

thanks for sharing this. but it is nothing new. there has been lots and lots of these "fake websites" for every type of wallet or services that has been created for bitcoin. from bitcoin core to electrum and blockchain.info to exchanges like binance,... they all have fake websites. even bitcointalk.org has fake ones out there which will steal your username and password and hack your wallet if you make the mistake of logging in them.
