I am content creator and also have a good sense of interpreting English to my own language but the problem is my rank still newbie and of course I didn't have track record in translation project in Bounty Campaign but I have a competence.

I don't think that there is any issue for considering the entry in the translation campaign but still you can check the terms and eligibility criteria before applying for the same, every campaign has their own set of eligibility rules. You will find it in the ann topic or bounty topic. I have completed one translation topic for one ICO ( which turned out to be a scam later) and there was no criteria, I guess.

It will be hard, the main issue is that you can't post images in the forum as newbie so translation of ANN threads are becoming almost impossible. I know it because I faced it when I was newbie  :-X

Some campaigns ask for Member at least, but the main thing is to be able to show a portfolio of previous translations. Otherwise you will only get accepted in scams.

some campaign were for newbie signature compaign but don't know about transaltion so much mostly memer rank users are allowed for translation...

how about translating Whitepapaer?

Hey sull, I recommend you do some DeepOnion bounties (https://deeponion.org/community/forums/deeponion-events-contests.40/) as they pay generously. Bounties are distributed every Sunday and they do pay, unlike many other scam projects. DeepOnion is a privacy altcoin that provides true anonymity by integrating Tor as the privacy platform that protect users. The project is still in the AirDrop phase with 800+ participants, take the chance and hold some ONION before the AirDrop ends. Privacy altcoins showed that they will always be relevant with a good market demand and DeepOnion is aiming to be the leader of the privacy altcoin market. Just create a portfolio if you don't have. Although you dominate a tongue it doesn't necessarily means you will be selected to translate so a material proof will help you outweight other contesters. You may also want to offer a quick translation of a piece of the thread for further reference, I would appreciate some proactive move like that if I'm running a campaign.

But definitely it is possible for a newbie, your language abilities are not reflected by this forum rank, although you can reach Jr Member rank in a few weeks.

Anything that will give you an advantage against other contenders as well as well dictated examples should matter more than your current rank, at least it would for me if I was running a campaign.

For me it so hard to uprank and to be a Jr member to join translation campaign.thanks for the idea.

Sull, what I can recommend is learn more about cryptocurrency and everything related to it, particularly on how projects are done. Understand the technical terms so you'll have a good grasp on what you are going to translate. Try working with others who can guide you on a projectI am an English teacher and has good credentials in my career but that doesn't make me the best candidate for the project. 2 weeks ago, I even received an email from one person in the ANN forums about a translation project. I turned it down for 3 reasons:

(1) I believe I need to learn more about how projects here work (to avoid being scammed)
(2) I think there are other guys at that time who could do the project better than I (if the project is not a scam)
(3) The offer was results-based (which means I can only discuss the payment with them if they already see results, but before that I have to work really hard; I even didn't know if they would really pay me)

The good thing is you are asking. That's admirable.

I also applied at many Translation campaigns but almost was rejected. The reason is simple: they require a previous portfolio and of course, all campaign need it so we can't have chance, can't start, you running in that circles.
The second reasons is many experience translators in this forums usually reserved as much project as possible I saw they received 4, 5 or more projects in a week, and you can see their register at spreadsheet at all projects. They have more and more jobs, and you still zero  ;D ;D

How the experts start? I will find the way because I do believe experts start from beginner too!

The most important thing in translation campaigns is your previous work. If you have a good portfolio and reserve your language first, you can probably come to an agreement with bounty manager, even if you are low forum rank.

I think it is possible but it depends on the person who is running the campaign. Afterall, it's not all about rank some people still choose a good translation.
